Fabregas to Start His Coaching Career

 

This New Year is the start of a new milestone in Cesc Fabregas’s career. He now returns to the club Arsenal where he will kick off his new career of coaching. This comes after two successful stints in Barcelona and Chelsea for which his fans are quite intrigued.

 

With his plans to retire from the active playing field Cesc Fabregas has started his first coaching assignment at Arsenal. Gunners have also welcomed this Hale End graduate who will now commence his coaching career. However, this is getting mixed reactions from his fans. Till now Fabregas has made over 300 appearances for the Gunners. He initially joined Barcelona in his youthful years. At that time he made 57 goals and assisted with 95 goals. Arsenal are preparing for their return to Premier League action on Saturday as they host Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates. CUTRONE SET FOR COMO TRANSFER

Italian striker Patrick Cutrone is on his way to sign for Como in the Italian Serie B aftera disappointing spell in the Premier League.Cutrone struggled to make an impact at Wolverhampton Wanderers as he was restricted to just 14 appearances in the Premier League during his three-year spell at the club.

Cutrone, 24, was at AC Milan before Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers paid £16m to secure his transfer. He signed for Wolves in 2019 while Portuguese tactician NunoEspirito Santo was still the manager. Compatriot Bruno Lage has since replaced him as the Wolves boss. Lagebecame the Wolverhampton Wanderers manager at the start of last season, while NunoEspirito Santo left to join North London side Tottenham Hotspur before he was sacked few months into the job. ARSENAL: FABREGAS GIVES VERDICT ON JESUS

Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas has given his verdict on Gabriel Jesus who joined Arsenal from fellow Premier League side Manchester City earlier this month. Fabregas talked about Jesus in an interview with London World as he doubted if the Brazilian attacker is the right fit for the Gunners attack.Cesc Fabregas is not confident if the signing of the Brazil international would work well for the Arsenal attack. According to him, he was expecting the club to sign a different type of striker. The Spaniard said Arsenal should have signed a striker who attack the spacemore.


The signing of Gabriel Jesus at Arsenal was influenced by manager Mikel Arteta and technical director Edu. Other teams were keen on signing Jesus this summer, but he opted for Arsenal having worked with Arteta while he was the assistant manager at Premier League holders Manchester City. The Brazilian connection involving Edu also came in handy during negotiations with Jesus and his representatives. Real Madrid shot stopper Thibaut Courtois deserves to win this year’s Ballond’oraccording to former Chelsea teammate Cesc Fabregas. Cesc Fabregas and the aforementioned Courtois were teammates at Premier League side Chelsea before the latter left to sign for Real Madrid when the Belgian goalkeeper had a year left on his final contract at Stamford Bridge in 2018.


Cesc Fabregas is certain that Courtois should win the Ballon d’Or ahead of Real Madrid teammate and favourite Karim Benzema after an insane season. The Spaniard didn’t mention Courtois when he tweeted about the Ballon d’Or just before the Champions League final in Saint-Denis. AS Monaco midfielder Cesc Fabregas has pointed out the tactical mistake made by manager Thomas Tuchel during the Champions League quarterfinal tie between hosts Chelsea and Real Madrid. Cesc Fabregas revealed that the outcome of the first leg could have been different if Croatian star Mateo Kovacic started the first leg of the last eight tie between Chelsea and  visitors Real Madrid.


Cesc Fabregas gave his opinion on the first leg encounter between hosts Chelsea and Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid before the end of the first half via his official Twitter handle as he called for the introduction of Kovacic against his former team. At the time of his tweet, Real Madrid had scored two goals through in-form Frenchman Karim Benzema with the goals coming in the space of just three minutes. Legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed his regrets over the decision to sell Frenchman Nicholas Anelka. He opted for the ex-French international ahead of the likes of Robin Van Persie, Cesc Fabregas and Thierry Henry. According to him, it was a shame to see Anelka leave Arsenal.

Wenger, 72, talked about his regret over the exit of Anelka at an event alongside friend and ex-Arsenal co-owner David Dein. On Anelka’s exit, former Arsenal boss Wenger stated that the club used the Arsene Wenger card by letting players go to where they can win trophies.
